Chiefs Leuven belongs to the absolute top Belgian ice hockey. The elite team participates in BeNe League, a competition with the sixteen best teams in Belgium and the Netherlands. The Chiefs took last season the league title in national competition (NAL), the League U19 and the League U16. For thirty years, the greatest ice hockey club in the country is known as a hotbed of talent and supplier for the national team. A Flemish Brabant club with international allure is known for its investment in youth. The Hockey Club Leuven engages a total of 14 competing teams.
